    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  4. Processing

Refund Timeline & Method

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Standard shipping charges will apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
