Return & Exchange Process

All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alterations.
- Ship Your Return
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Method
Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Standard shipping charges will apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our luxury products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
