Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may occasionally take an additional day.

• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment - Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our premium cashmere, leather, and silk accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Important Information
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange
- All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alterations
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our luxury products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (except in cases of manufacturing defects):
- Leather Gloves (both Men’s and Women’s)
- Cashmere Socks
These items are considered personal accessories where hygiene and intimate wear prevent us from accepting returns.
Return & Exchange Process

Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. - Ship Your Return
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. - Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Method
Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Standard shipping charges will apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error.
