Inspired by the popularity of our first Liberty Print Quartet in cashmere and silk we have sought out further iconic gems from the Liberty archives. Our new Liberty Print Floral Quartet, is curated to interpret the rich history of Liberty’s iconic floral designs into contemporary style. Dancing Poppies was inspired by the vibrant floral paintings by artist and botanist Cedric Morris, an accomplished colourist, plantsman and poppy seeder, who influenced many gardeners. Our close up interpretation of the original Liberty print shows the detailing of the poppies. Crafted from a clever blend of cashmere and silk it is soft, warm, light weight and generously sized. It drapes effortlessly and is large enough to wear as a shawl.
